EBIC and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. This data may also be processed by EBIC upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to obtain analytics about this event, to ensure satisfactory networking by showing your name and company on the list of attendees. idloom shall only process the user’s personal data in the European Union, or in third countries after having secured appropriate guaranties with the subcontractor or recipient. They are transferred to the country of the organiser. EBIC will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility.

You can obtain from EBIC (beatrice@prospero.ag ) the written communication of your data, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of data which is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. Important information

You will find the instructions for online payment in the confirmation e-mail. After EBIC has received your payment, we will send you the invoice addressed to your company (350 € + VAT). If you are unable to pay online and would prefer to pay via bank transfer, please let us know.

In accordance with the EBIC by-laws, all registrations will be charged, including no-shows, unless cancelled SEVEN days before the event.
